#1 – Skip the Setup With Xerox Scan to Cloud Email
Xerox Scan to Cloud Email is billed as a “simplified scan service.” Normally when you need to email a document from your MFP, you need to set up an email address for the unit to use. This isn’t terribly complex, but it might require minor IT intervention.
The Scan to Cloud Email app isn’t intended to be used as an alternative per se, but it does make the process easy and fast. The service itself handles the email bit, so you don’t have to set one up. Simply scan your document and email them to the address of your choosing.
The best part? It supports pretty much every format you might need to use, including but not limited to PDF, TIFF, and JPEG.

Xerox Easy Translator Service is a pretty amazing app, especially if you work with international customers. This app allows you to scan a document in one language and print out a copy of it in a different language. The app works by machine translating up to 35 languages.
For example, let’s imagine that you have a German client who just you a document to review. Scan it, let the Xerox Easy Translator Service translate it into English, and print up a copy.
Is machine translation perfect? No, but it’s getting better every year and it’s generally enough to “get the gist” of the information you need.
