I am incredibly grateful for the support we have received from QDoxs at Long Beach Rescue Mission, as well as the expertise they bring to help our organization streamline processes and save on supplies. Thank you QDoxs and Gabriel for installing our new copier! Gabriel arrived early for the our appointment. He was nicely dressed, extremely professional, and just wonderful to work with! He was patient, kind, and cordial when teaching us the ins and it of our new copier. He also made sure we had everything we needed before he left. I highly recommend QDoxs for all your copier needs! We couldn’t be happier with the product and great service!

Our xerox sales rep Jeremy and his IT team Gabriel were able to help us replace our aging xerox machine with a newer one that worked for us and fit our needs. Upon delivery the new xerox machine had issues and Gabriel was able to have upper management send out a repair team to repair the new xerox machine the next day. I am very impressive by their customer service team and dedication to get problems and issues resolved.

Nicole is knowledgeable, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. Czar is equally efficient and a pleasure to work with—together, they make a great team.

One time, I was incredibly busy, called him, but hung up before he answered to take another important call. Can you believe it?: he looked at his caller ID, found my number and called me back before I could even think about calling him again. Highly, highly recommend Shane. Customer service personified!!

QDoxs is a awesome company. They have great customer service. Rick Archer came thru when we were having issues with our contract. He has always been there making sure we had everything we needed while we got back on track, he made sure we had supplies for all of our copiers Thank you Rick and your team for all the support that the City of Carson has got from QDoxs.
